For those unfamiliar, ‘avatars’ are visual representations of users within a digital environment. To keep it simple, and to disassociate from that movie, we’re calling your avatar your profile picture. Think of it as your online persona within Way We Do. And while it might seem like a small change, we believe the implementation of profile pictures will bring some significant benefits to how you and your team interact with our platform.

We understand that functionality is paramount, but we also recognize the power of visual cues. Here’s why we’re excited about profile pictures:

How to Set Up Your Profile Picture
Getting your profile picture set up is quick and easy! Here’s how:
Navigate to My Details: Click on the 9 dots in the top right corner of Way We Do and choose Account
Select My Details
Select Profile Picture
- Profile Picture:

- Upload your own image: Choose a professional headshot, a fun personal photo, or any image that represents you
- Use initials: If you prefer, you can opt for a simple display of your initials, which is the default option
- Use a Gravatar: Gravatars are a free profile that can be used across various web platforms
